greys River One-Day Tours One of Wyoming's "Best Kept Secrets", snowmobiling in the Greys River area is a treat enjoyed by locals and those in the know. Our guides are eager and happy to share their knowledge and experiences of this area in the Bridger-Teton National Forest. We'll transport you to the trailhead located near the town of Alpine - 35 miles from Jackson - a short, scenic ride through the Grand Canyon of the Snake River. Then it's off to the groomed wilderness trails with several "play" areas - large open meadows where you can enjoy the fresh powder. From "no experience" riders to "experts", the Greys River trails offer fun and excitement for everyone. The scenery is outstanding with an abundance of wildlife, the Wyoming Mountain Range as a backdrop, and the Greys River twisting and winding down the canyon. After 28 miles of trail, we come upon the rustic Box Y Ranch, where we'll stop and enjoy a homemade lunch. Another 7 miles brings us to the end of the groomed trail where we'll see an elk feeding refuge. We'll visit several more play areas too!!! As the sun starts to set, the natural beauty of the area leaves us with an indelible memory of Wyoming's Greys River Trail. |
